Spring Boot Camp

The Boot Camp is a 4 day INTENSIVE and DYNAMIC training environment for athletes that are SERIOUS about GETTING BETTER, IMPROVING, LEARNING and standing out from the rest. The goal of the camp is to provide MALE and FEMALE athletes an opportunity to learn and grow in a highly collaborative, competitive, and focused training environment to take your performance to the next level during your club volleyball seasons.  Athletes will be introduced to advanced individual and positional skills, as well as team tactics.

ALL NOW camps focus on maximizing the number of quality ball contacts athletes receive to help them LEARN and REFINE skills and strategies, athletes then APPLY their learning in a variety of game situations. Athletes will learn from some of the most knowledgeable and successful club/university/college coaches in the province, with a high coach to athlete ratio to ensure appropriate FEEDBACK is delivered to facilitate growth.

* Boot Camp is open to any athlete from any club, all clubs are welcome

* Boot Camp Session 2 is ONLY open to athletes who have participated in club volleyball or equivalent training. Entry into the camp is at the discretion of the camp director.

* Athletes will be placed into groups based on their age, skill and ability levels at the discretion of the coaching staff to ensure that training meets the needs of everyone.
